Clients are entitled to a full refund if the firm fails to provide the agreed-upon legal service by the specified deadline without a valid justification.
1.2. Cancellation Before Service Commencement:
Clients are entitled to a full refund if they request to cancel the service before any work has commenced on their case.
2. Refund Request Process:
Clients must submit an official refund request via the firm's email or by visiting one of our offices.
The request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 5 business days from the date the request is received.
3. Refund Processing Timeframe:
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
4. Refund Policy Exceptions:
If the service has been fully delivered as agreed and no errors or breaches have occurred on the firm's part.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond the firm's control, such as force majeure events or lack of client cooperation.
Services that involve payments to external entities (e.g., government authorities) that are non-refundable.
